About HealthVibes
Supplement writing is mostly either marketing or a literature review nobody finishes. This site aims for the gap in between.
What this is
HealthVibes publishes guides to supplements — ingredients, forms, timing, dosing, and what the evidence behind them actually supports. The promise is a clear read, not a summary of research methods.
It covers the range of products sold as supplements: vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs and botanicals, probiotics and proteins, across goals like sleep, sport, focus and longevity.
How articles are made
Articles are researched and written by an automated agent, then reviewed and approved by a person before anything appears here. Nothing publishes itself.
Before an article can be submitted for review, every significant claim in it is re-checked against its sources in a separate pass — the sources are reopened and the claim confirmed, including its qualifiers. Claims that cannot be supported block the article. The sources are listed at the foot of each piece so you can check them yourself.
Images are generated and inspected for the things generated images get wrong: invented text, distorted labels, numbers that contradict the article.
What this is not
This is not medical advice. Nothing here is personalised, and nothing here diagnoses, treats, or tells you what to take or how much. Supplements interact with medicines and with conditions you may not know you have. Talk to a clinician or pharmacist who knows your history before you start anything.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition, or taking prescription medication, that conversation matters more, not less.
Corrections
Articles here are never quietly edited. When something is wrong it is either replaced by a new version or taken offline, and a withdrawn article returns a clear “gone” response rather than pretending it never existed.
How the site handles commercial relationships is set out in the disclosure, and what it collects in the privacy notice.
